Case Analysis

In my MARK 4389: Marketing Strategy and Planning, we were tasked to conduct a marketing plan and presentation at the end of the semester. THe company I choose to do this for was Uniqlo. When creating the market plan we had to conduct a marketing analysis, SWOT analysis, strategies, tactics, financials, and implementation and controls. For both assignments I have received a 100/100 for both of my work.
